The BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. This advanced qualification positions you at the forefront of strategic learning design and implementation.
As a graduate, you'll generate and evaluate complex ideas whilst initiating, designing and executing major learning and development functions within an organisation. You'll carry full responsibility and accountability for both your personal output and the work of others, making strategic decisions that shape organisational capability.
This qualification is ideally suited to current or aspiring leaders and managers in organisations where learning is leveraged to build competitive advantage. Job roles relating to this qualification include Learning and Development Manager, Organisational Development Consultant, RTO Manager, RTO Director, and other senior positions requiring sophisticated understanding of learning strategy and implementation.
Lead organisation-wide learning strategy, designing and implementing programmes that develop workforce capability and drive business outcomes.
Partner with organisations to diagnose capability gaps and design transformative learning interventions that enhance performance.
Oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of registered training organisations or corporate training departments.

Champion organisational transformation initiatives, embedding learning as a core enabler of strategic change.
All prospective students must undertake an LLND assessment prior to enrolment.
Students are provided with assessment resources at the commencement of each unit, along with the relevant learning materials. These resources outline the range and types of assessment tasks to be completed for each unit.
Assessments may include short written knowledge tests, case studies, projects, research activities, written reports, discussions, and the compilation of a portfolio of evidence. Practical tasks such as demonstrations, role plays, and presentations are also conducted within a simulated business environment.
To achieve the best outcomes, students are expected to dedicate additional time outside scheduled classes to complete assessment tasks and prepare for submissions.

Learners with relevant workplace experience, informal or formal training, or other life experience may apply for RPL.
RPL applications are assessed against the unit of competency requirements, and sufficient evidence must be provided. An RPL assessment plan will be developed in consultation with the candidate.
Learners who have successfully completed identical units of competency as part of another nationally recognised qualification or Statement of Attainment will be granted credit transfer.
Learners must provide certified copies of transcripts or statements of attainment issued by an RTO.
